Refund Policy
Refund and cancellation principles for Khangarot TechWorks project work and future products.
These policies are written to be clear and practical. Project-specific terms are confirmed separately before paid work begins.
Service projects
Website, software, automation and consulting work is scoped through a proposal or agreement. Refunds, cancellations and pause terms depend on the approved scope, milestone status and payment terms.
Work already completed, reserved time, third-party costs and approved deliverables may not be refundable unless agreed in writing.
Products and waitlists
Khangarot Flow is currently available in beta with a 14-day free trial. Online billing is not yet available.
Product-specific refund and cancellation terms will be published before online subscription payments are collected.
